GENESIS

Kendriya Vidyalaya Mandla has started working in 2003 for Classes I to V in a temporary building. Later on in the year 2009 the school has been shifted to its own newly constructed building.

New building of Vidyalaya is situated on Dindori Road , near DIET, Mandla. Vidyalaya is about 2 KM from Mandla Bus Stand. It is 1 section school...

For students to fly high in the unlimited sky, there should be an effort to bring education in the right direction with right values in various fields. Children must be prepared to face the problems and challenges of this complex world. They should have tolerance, compassion and sympathy for the weak. We live in a world where there is enough information, but the ability to understand and gain it in beneficial way comes from education. We have been entrusted with the role of administrator, teacher and advisor to fulfil this vision and very difficult mission in the institutions of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. Our endeavour is to make education enjoyable and meaningful. We strive to incorporate educational changes, integrate technology, develop critical thought skills, generate a quest for knowledge. Rising high is human nature but without proper training in human values, we may not be able to give them wings for independent flight. Science and spirituality should be harmoniously blended to make the youth perfect for national service and development. It is my belief that with the right approach and concerted work, Jabalpur Regional Office will develop a force to reckon and pursue excellence, which is difficult and not impossible. In Mom ‘s words, “One must always strive for perfection and the specific level of perfection today does ‘t matter today because one reaches at least one step tomorrow.”

Education is an integral part of life, and one can not imagine life without it. Education does not only comprehend the depth of life but it also develops the art of thinking, understanding and learning. Education helps a person to become civilized and successful. Our Vidyalaya has been following the New Education Policy 2020 in spirit. The NIPUN programme has been launched to develop the learning skills with determined goals. Vocational programmes are being setup and followed from class 6 to 8 and Artificial Intelligence is taught as a vocational subject. The Vidyalaya has been selected as PM Shri School, where an investment is made to develop the teaching and learning environment. A Skill Center has been developed as per the guideline of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship to accommodate the unprivileged and dropout students. The students are having10 bag-less days to learn some skills like carpentry, pottery etc. One can take advantage of books both online and offline format in the vidyalaya library. Best wishes for being part of this edging time with changing mindset………….
